![]() The Hobarts' Support Needs Awana Missionaries are faith missionaries. They are completely dependent upon the gifts of God's people to meet their living and working expenses. Each month their financial needs are met only as churches and individuals share in their ministry. This past year we had about 75% of our needed support committed. 90% comes from 25% of our Awana churches; 10% came from individuals and families. We know that the Lord is the one that directs our finances, and we rely on Him to care for all our needs, and we believe He wants to use His church to do that. We need more of our Awana churches to see the importance of adding their Awana Missionary to their missions budget. Because of the growth of our ministry, we’ve divided our area three times. Every time we have to divide our area we give up part of our support to the new missionaries coming on. Our salary and housing is set on a fixed amount based on the average area income. All the ministry expenses are simply based on what we actually spend each month.
We sincerely appreciate and thank God for each and every church, family, and individual who help to meet our support needs. We count it a great privilege to be your Awana Missionaries, and to be involved in a ministry you deem worthy to invest in. There are very few ministries that return such high dividends for your mission dollars and no mission field more important than the children and families of the Tennessee Valley. If your church has not yet added us to their missions budget, would you please be our advocate and encourage them to consider us?
How you can pray for your Awana Missonaries
May God richly bless you and your ministry for your faithfulness. |
