What is an Awana Ministry Conference?

This year, the Awana Ministry Conference focuses on service — building pastors, children’s ministry workers, youth leaders and parents into more powerful servants. In one day, we will ignite a passion for ministry with a variety of practical workshops. Choose the ones that are most relevant to you. You will immediately use the skills you learn to reach kids and teens with the gospel.

Our mission is to help churches and parents worldwide to raise children and youth to know, love and serve Christ. You have a unique role in that mission. Whether it’s teaching Sunday School, being an Awana leader or raising a child, the Awana Ministry Conference will encourage and equip you for your important work.

The theme of this year’s Awana Ministry Conference is "BEE: a Servant" In many ways, bees make great ministry partners. Imagine applying the qualities of these hard-working servants in your church or home. The spiritual impact to kids and teens would be as sweet as honey. Join us this year as we learn together how to "Bee: a Servant" in children’s and youth ministry.

Conference Key Verse

"And now, O Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways, to love Him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul." Deuteronomy 10:12

Details and Registration

To answer your questions about where, when, and when, we have prepared a tri-fold brochure announcing our local conferences and providing a registration form. The brochure was prepared to be printed in "duplex" mode (front and back). But no matter how you print the brochure, you will want to make sure you share it with your fellow Awana leaders. It makes a great bulletin insert.

Blue Ribbon Survey

As you prepare for this year's exciting Awana Ministry Conference, it is a great time to review your club's performance during this year using our Blue Ribbon Club survey. This year we are using a Microsoft Word form for the survey. After you complete the form, be sure to save it and then submit your survey following the instructions on the form. We review all the forms and will present awards to churches during the closing conference session.
